Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery

We despatch orders on weekdays only (Monday-Friday except Bank Holidays)

The Standard delivery cost is £4.95. Your order will be delivered between 2-3 working days.

Next Working Day Delivery

If you choose the Next Working Day delivery option (£6.95 UK Mainland only) then your order will be dispatched the following working day provided that you made your order by 1pm GMT Monday -Thursday.

If you place your order over the weekend (any time after 1pm on Friday) then it will arrive on Tuesday.

USA – delivery charge is £25, delivery approximately 5 working days
Canada – delivery charge is £30, delivery approximately 5 working days
Australia - delivery charge is £40, delivery approximately 9 working days
New Zealand - delivery charge is £55, delivery approximately 10 working days

Please note that any shirt and tie purchased in the free tie offer will need to be returned in full in order to receive a refund. Any order placed in the free tie offer cannot be part returned.

Free Returns Service (UK)

If you are located in the UK please return the goods to us using the return postage paid label provided. We are happy to accept returns of overseas orders but please note the cost of the return must be paid by whoever is returning the order. In both cases please ensure that you complete the returns form enclosed with your parcel and make sure that you obtain a certificate of posting from your post office.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us if you do not have a certificate of posting. We cannot accept returns of any item(s) that have been altered to your personal specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after the date you received the order.

Exchanges

For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for the products or sizes you require and return back to us the unwanted item(s) using the RETURNS FORM. If you redeemed a discount code or free delivery was available on your first order and this is not available on your exchange order please email the customer service team who will be happy to help with any issues you may have with placing your new order.

Overseas Returns

We are happy to accept returns of overseas orders but please note the cost of the return must be paid by whoever is returning the order. It is also your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our Warehouse. We also cannot accept returns of any item(s) that have been altered to your personal specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after the date you received the order.
