Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery

The Standard delivery cost is £4.95 but free on all UK mainland orders over £99. Your order will be delivered between 2-3 working days.

Next Working Day Delivery

If you choose the Next Working Day delivery option (£6.95 UK Mainland only) then your order will be dispatched the following working day provided that you made your order by 1pm GMT Monday -Thursday.

If you place your order over the weekend (any time after 1pm on Friday) then it will arrive on Tuesday.

Free Returns Service (UK)

If you would like to return an item/(s) to us for whatever reason, you may do so provided we receive the goods back in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. The returned item/(s) must be unworn, not soiled and in a saleable condition. A FREE POST returns label and RETURNS FORM will be included with your order. Instructions on how to return the item/(s) is detailed on the RETURNS FORM.

You may wish to upgrade your return to a recorded and insured service that will track the delivery of your return and also insure against any loss. This can be done at your local post office when retuning your item(s) and any cost of upgrading the return service will be paid for by the person returning the goods.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our Warehouse. We also cannot accept returns of any item(s) that have been altered to your personal specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after the date you received the order.

Exchanges

For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for the products or sizes you require and return back to us the unwanted item(s) using the RETURNS FORM. If you redeemed a discount code or free delivery was available on your first order and this is not available on your exchange order please email the customer service team who will be happy to help with any issues you may have with placing your new order.

Overseas Returns

We are happy to accept returns of overseas orders but please note the cost of the return must be paid by whoever is returning the order. It is also your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our Warehouse. We also cannot accept returns of any item(s) that have been altered to your personal specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after the date you received the order.
